Refund Policy

1. Refunds

We are 100% confident that you will love the services provided by NxtJob. However, in case you feel that the product is not satisfactory, you can write to us and request a refund.

If you want a refund on any service that you have purchased from NxtJob, then please write an email to [email protected] along with the reason for the refund. We will get in touch with you to discuss the same via phone or email. Also, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your case is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

2. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at [email protected]

3. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
